I have one room for rent in my town home. The house is shared, there will be my oldest brother 46, myself 28, and my mother. So sorry if you are looking for just a female housing. My family are very religious Muslims so we prefer Muslims but we don't discriminate. The room Is available for rent right now. It's located in the Brookland area. It's moments away from CUA, HOWARD UNIVERSITY, TRINITY, hospitals, and food places. It's metro accessible (bus stop right across the street) and there is parking as well on the premises. The neighborhood is mid to upper class and the town house is located in a 24 hour gated community. The house has central heating and a/c so there is no need for fans or space heaters. There will be a *($150 security deposit and you will get the $150 upon leaving, unless otherwise noted)*. The rent of $410 is due on the 1st of every month, the price includes electricity and water, so there are no added fees. If you're late there is a $20 fee added. If needed the rent can be broken down in two installments a month. for example, the first 2 weeks of the month you will pay $215 and the last 2 weeks $215, but it's cheaper to pay the total rent of $420.00.

IMPORTANT:
There wont be smoking allowed in the house, my family is allergic to the smell of smoke.
No alcohol what so ever.
No bf's/gf's allowed in the house (strictly a place to eat, pray, sleep, and bathe).
You are welcome to bring your own refrigerator if needed.
You will have access to kitchen, bathroom, and to do your laundry (free).
There will be a computer for you to use if needed.

If we find alcohol, drugs, smell of smoke then we will ask you to leave no questions asked.
*Any damages you do to the room: then the security deposit you submitted will be used to pay for any damages.*
