Is it ok for it to be 91 degrees at 11:30 pm?

Because it was last night here in DC. If this heat wave doesn't let up soon, I'm gonna melt. As it is, I don't even walk my dog anymore. I just get in the air conditioned car and drive him to the dog park, where I sit in the shade while he runs around. That is the extent of what I can handle.

I think it's over a hundred right now. Ughhhhh
