Mustard. There are many varieties of mustard, while ketchup is just ketchup. The yellow paste Heinz sells is borderline not mustard.
I can't choose, I love them both equally. But if I HAD to... I guess ketchup because I have to have it on my hashbrowns.
ketchup. cuz mustard and cottage cheese just don't cut it.

Ketchup, definitely, though I'd be sad to go without mustard. I'm not sure I could function properly without ketchup for my fries, meatloaf, burgers & hotdogs, tatertots, etc...
