Paper Thief
I get the Washington Post delivered to my apartment building, and the paperboy leaves it outside the main door. There are only like 4 or 5 occupied units in my building, so it's not like he's leaving it in the lobby of a high rise, it's a small little place. Which is why I think it's pretty brazen and also pretty mean that one of my neighbors has been stealing my paper every single morning. They obviously know it's not theirs and know who their neighbors are and are doing it anyway.
I reported it to the office and I'm going to call the Post and tell them to have it delivered up to my apartment door, but I don't feel like the poor paperboy should have to haul it all the way up there just because people can't be decent. I hate when people do crappy stuff like this.

Ginger, I know. I'm supposed to get the Argus every Friday, Saturday and Sunday and I'm lucky if it's there. I don't know if it's my neighbors or the delivery person, but it's annoying me. I'm sure that $11 a month could be better spent elsewere...
A news... PAPER? What is this "news paper" of which you speak? Is it, like, a printout of the Huffington Post or something?
LOL, well, whatever it is, I've resorted to guerrilla tactics before dawn to ensure I get mine before someone else does.
