One downside

I discovered why I guess I like downstairs neighbors - their heat rises into my apartment. I always turn my furnace off during the day cos it's so fast to heat up an apartment in the evenings. However, never before have I walked into a house that was 52 degrees! I wish someone (preferably who works nights and leaves their thermostat at 80 all day) would move in and help me with my electricity bill. Part of the problem too is that this place is so drafty you can almost feel a breeze.
