Democrats are whiners
I might as well put this in my blog. I'm going to make a big generalization and I don't care, because most people who know me very well know I hold this opinion anyway. Democrats are whiny babies.
I have SO many examples, but one in particular has prompted this post. I have been perusing my new favorite website (after this one, of course), Craigslist, in an attempt to get a better idea of the rental market around here. And you would not believe the amount of ads I've seen saying "Roommate needed. Must be easy-going, be OK with my pet, and not make too much noise late at night. NO REPUBLICANS." I have not seen one single one saying "No whining Democrats." If I post an ad, I just might, though. I mean seriously, people. Get a life. Whiners.
PS - as a disclaimer, I will say that I am not a die-hard Republican or anything. I voted for myself in the last presidential election.

Of course, a Democrat shells out cash out of his pocket every month to host your blog for you without ever whining about THAT.
(Just to make sure this thread is Fair and Balanced)
It's probably because Republicans are masters of quietly excluding/screening people :)
Maybe they're whiny because they're paying for other people's blogs and don't have any money left.
That's the nice thing about paying for my own blog. I can criticize whomever I want without funding issues entering into it. Ya feel me, NPR?
I'm a Republican and can admit when a Republican does something wrong.
A democrat, however, has NEVER admitted when a democrat is wrong.
I guess the school yard mentality is to say "they simply don't own up to anything!"
"A democrat, however, has NEVER admitted when a democrat is wrong."
What a load of crap.
Here's me in 1998 calling Bill Clinton a liar:

Thanks for playing, though.
Hey, Zell Miller has admitted that EVERY OTHER DEMOCRAT ON THE PLANET is wrong except for him. ;)
So I guess some self-proclaimed liberals are really willing to give consideration to other people's opinion. I heard Democrats getting called whiners before. Don't know if that's fair, but here's why I think Republicans never get caught complaining: They just follow the party line without questioning. I have noticed the same with the major German parties. The conservative party likes to portray itself as strong with everybody following, while there is a lot more actual debate in other parties. On a different note, I have completely lost my faith in political parties after the recent scandals in politics over here.
It's all about who is in power. We like to berate and feel the victim when we are not in control but when we grab power we soon forget what it was like and turn our noise to an air of superiority. Yes, the R is strong b/c they all fall in line with the party’s agenda (a little scary if you ask me, like pigs to the slaughter) but as soon as someone shows an original thought they are quickly ostracized, e.g. John McCain. I’ve read many conservative blogs and blogs on CPAC where this Republican who a few months ago was introducing Pres. Bush was vilified. So yeah, Democrats are whiners but at least we have a brain and original thought to whine against something. So lets go with generalizations and remain ignorant.
Give 'em hell Pingee, don't go against yer upbringin'. ;-)
Jason,
I'm talking about people I would have heard about.
I mean, government.
I mean media.
I certainly don't mean every single Democrat on the planet, for crying out loud
I do.
Just kidding, Jason, you know I love you to pieces pieces pieces, and not just because you graciously host my blog, either. :-)
Ginger-
I urge you to stop being so closed minded, and judgemental. I mean, how does someone who describes herself as a PIG get off?
Honestly, Ginger.
"I voted for myself in the last presidential election."
That's no disclaimer, it's circular logic. If you WERE a die-hard Republican, and you voted for yourself, wouldn't that still make you a die-hard Republican?
Oh, wait, I guess that would just make you a die-hard pedantic egotist.
Boo-yah.
